Statement update pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 on the processing of personal data.

INTRODUCTION:

The company undertakes to protect the privacy of users and declares itself responsible for the security of customer data. We will be clear and transparent about the information we collect and what we will do with this information.
This disclosure establishes the following:

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT:

Personal data means all information relating to the user that allows us to identify him, such as the name, contact details, the reference number of the requested performance, the payment details and further information on his access to our site.
We may collect your personal data when you send us a request, access the website or take part in a survey or competition or when you contact us or use the services provided by the owner and when you attend the areas of relevance and subject to surveillance by part of the personal data holder.
Specifically, we may collect the following categories of information:

a) name, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number, identity card details, credit card or debit card or other payment details;
b) information including nationality, date of birth, gender, religion and sexual orientation also using video or photos playback;
c) medical conditions and/or particular dietary conditions;
d) information relating to purchases made with us or our partners;
e) information relating to access and use of our website;
f) communications exchanged with us or addressed to us by letters, e-mails, similar services and telephone calls, in addition to data acquired via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth GPS devices where activated.

Details of physical or mental health, suspected crimes committing or criminal sentences, or sexual and religious orientation, will be processed only if the user gives explicit consent, or, where such processing is necessary, and where the person concerned has made public.

WHAT FOR WE USE THE PERSONAL DATA, WHY AND HOW LONG:

User data may be used for the following purposes:

a) provide the products and services required in addition to security services. We use the information provided by the user to perform the requested services including any changes;
b) contact the user in case of confirmation, modification and/or cancellation of the service. There is the possibility to send communications to the user also for marketing purpose;
c) verification of any payment methods communicated for accounting or invoicing purposes as well as for the purpose of identifying and/or preventing fraudulent activities;
d) administrative or legal purposes that is for statistical purposes and marketing, system tests, surveys, maintenance and development or in response to a dispute or claim. We may perform data profiling, based on the information we collect from you for statistical and marketing analysis. Any profiling will be performed only prior consent and making every effort to ensure all the data on which it is based are accurate. By providing any personal data the user explicitly accepts, that we may use them to perform profiling activities in accordance with this privacy statement;
e) for the purposes of controls, such as customs, we could provide useful information to the agencies responsible for the aforementioned checks;
f) we could also supply user data to governmental and state authorities responsible for the protection of public safety, both in terms of administration and health, all in compliance with the legal requirements;
g) communications with customer service: we use your data to manage our relationship with our customer and to improve our services;
h) Marketing: from time to time there may be necessary to contact the customer/user with reference to promotions or for statistical evaluations through communications that may be made by telephone and electronic means. However, you will have the option to accept or not receiving such communications. The possibility to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our marketing materials shall be given in any communication.

We will process your personal data only if we have a legal basis to do so, i.e. there is a valid contractual relation. The legal basis will depend on the reasons for which the personal data of the user was collected and used.

In most cases we shall process your personal data on the basis of existing agreements, but we may also process your personal data for the following reasons:

1) comply with a legal obligation;
2) the interested party has consented the use of their personal data and has therefore authorized their use;
3) for health reasons;
4) is justified by a legitimate interest of the owner;

Only persons aged 16 or over can give their consent. For minors under 16, the consent must be provided by the parties operating the parental responsibility or their guardians or administrators.

We will not store data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which these were acquired and processed. To determine the appropriate store period, we take into account the quantity, nature and sensitivity of personal data, the purposes for which we treat them and if we can achieve these goals by other means.

We must also take into account the periods for which we may need to keep your personal data in order to fulfill our fiscal and legal obligations and the ability to examine claims, demands and defend our rights in case of damages.

When we no longer need the personal data of the person concerned, these will be deleted and safely destroyed. Moreover, we will evaluate if and how it shall be possible to reduce the time of use of the data or if these can be rendered anonymous through the pseudonymisation tool, so that they can no longer be associated with the person or identify him; in this case the information can be used without notice.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA:

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal data, to protect them against accidental loss, destruction or damage. The data provided by the person are protected by different cryptographic systems in addition to the aid of the most efficient antivirus tools.

We may disclose the information of the interested party to trusted third parties for the purposes set out in this privacy statement as well as for security reasons.

It is required, however, that all subjects to whom the data are disseminated adopt technical and operational security tools to protect personal data, pursuant domestic and EU legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER:

The company is active in Italy but operates through electronic or direct tools with other European Union countries.
In any case, the processing of personal data is guaranteed according to the national laws in force and the European Regulation 679/2016

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA:

The personal data of the interested party can be shared with other affiliated and participating companies of the owner.
We may also share personal data with the following parts:
a) governmental and state authorities responsible for the application of the law;
b) trusted service providers we use to manage our business;
c) legal, tax and other professionals, in order to protect our legal rights under a contract with the interested party;
d) our auxiliary partners who offer products and services for the best management of company and non-business services. Acquired data may be shared between them. We shall not be held responsible for the use by third parties of your personal data and, in this regard, you are invited to consult third parties privacy information;
e) social media: you can access social media services through our website or app. We can also use social media plug-ins and, consequently, the data will be shared with the social media service and possibly shared with the social profile; in this case reference should be made to the information provided by these service providers.

DATA PROTECTION MANAGER:

The person in charge of processing the data of the interested party is the company/person who proceeds, on the basis of the purposes indicated by the Data Controller for acquisition and treatment of personal data, also at the computerized level.

DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS:

Under certain circumstances, by law you have the right to:
ask if we have your personal information and if so, what such information is and why we process/use it.
request access to your personal information (commonly known as “data access request”). This allows you to receive a copy of the personal information of the user in our possession and to check its correct processing.
request the correction of your personal information in our possession. This allows you to correct any incomplete or inaccurate information.
request cancellation of your personal information. This allows you to request to delete or remove your personal information where there are no valid reasons for continuing to process them. You also have the right to request to delete or remove your personal information if you have exercised your right to object to the treatment.
oppose the processing of personal data in which you invoke a legitimate interest or of third parties and there are elements relating to a specific personal situation that lead to oppose the treatment.
object to the processing, where personal information is used for direct marketing purposes.
oppose the automated decision-making process, including profiling, which must not be subject to any automatic decision-making process on our part through the use of personal information or user profiling.
request the limitation of the processing of personal information. This allows you to ask to suspend the processing of personal data, for example if you want to verify the accuracy or the reasons.
request the transfer of your personal information in electronic form to yourself or other parties, commonly known as the right to data portability. This allows you to take your data in our possession in an electronically usable format and transfer them to another part in an electronically usable format.
withdrawal of consent. In the limited circumstances in which you may have consented to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to revoke it for such specific treatment at any time. Upon receipt of the consent revocation notification, we will not process any your information for the originally agreed purpose and purpose other than on the basis of another legitimate basis..
the right to submit a complaint to the guaranteeing authority or any other administrative or judicial appeal, whenever you consider that the treatment that concerns you violates the European regulation on privacy. The claim to the guaranteeing authority must be presented in the State where you are resident, working or of the place where the suspected violation has occurred.

You will not incur any cost to access your personal information, however if the request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive we may charge you a reasonable cost. Alternatively, we may refuse to meet the request in such circumstances. The request must be processed within 30 days, unless extended, as required, for a further two months.
We may need to request specific information from you, to help us confirm the identity and to guarantee the right of access to information or to exercise one of the other specific rights mentioned above. This is another security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to people who do not have the right to receive it.

MODIFICATION TO PRIVACY STATEMENT:

Our privacy policy may change from time to time and any changes will be communicated to the user via an email or notice on our website.
